In October the Boomerang team went to Dallas for LevelUp 2025 — HighLevel's annual conference at the Hilton Anatole, October 14–16.
If you build for agencies, this is the room. LevelUp gathers the people running HighLevel sub-accounts for local businesses: agency owners, SaaS founders, affiliates, and the ecosystem of tools built around them. We came as exhibitors with a booth, a stack of t-shirts, and one job — show agencies what loyalty does for their clients.
What we brought to the floor
The booth led with the partner story rather than the feature list:
- Partnership program — 100% white label, affiliate program, and the full stack an agency needs to sell Boomerang as its own product.
- A foot-in-the-door offer — loyalty as the easy first sale into a local business, ahead of the bigger retainer.
- Backed by the founder of Semrush — the line that earned us a second look from more than a few people walking past.

The team made the difference
The honest highlight of the three days was not the booth design or the offer. It was watching the team work.
The energy, the patience with the tenth demo of the hour, the way they read whether someone in front of them wanted the two-minute version or the deep dive — that is not something you can put on a banner. Several people told us afterwards that the conversation at our table was the most useful one they had that day. That comes from the people, not the product.

Conversations that turned into deals
We met partners and clients — both people we already work with and people who had never heard of us on Monday morning. Some of those conversations did not stay conversations. Deals started on the floor and were still moving by the time we flew home.
That is the argument for events in one sentence. A demo you give standing next to someone, answering the objection they actually have rather than the one you prepared for, closes differently than a scheduled call.

Thank you
Grateful to be surrounded by a community this driven — innovators, builders, and operators who show up to compare notes rather than posture.
Huge thanks to the GoHighLevel team for putting on an event that keeps raising the bar every year. Running something at this scale and still making it feel like a room full of peers is not easy.
If we talked in Dallas, let's keep it moving. If we missed each other — book a demo and we will show you exactly what we showed at the booth.
